15th Parallel Vanilla is dedicated to offering the highest quality homemade vanilla extracts, pastes, sugars, and syrups. Sourced from fair-trade farmers around the equator, our products reflect our commitment to quality and sustainability, enriching the culinary experiences of our customers.

Moreover, to be considered "pure vanilla extract" the FDA requires a minimum of .85 oz of vanilla beans to 8 oz of alcohol. We've doubled that to produce a full flavor. Our extracts are then aged for a minimum of 18 months though most are aged even longer.
